1980: Assigned by the Judicial Chairperson to serve as a Justice pro tempore to the Curt of Appeal for Two months
While on assignment to the Court of Appeal, (Judge Roberson) authored a number of Opinions, five of which were published. Among the published opinions authored while on assignment to the Court of Appeal is the often-cited case of Younan vs. Equifax, Inc. (1980) 111 Cal. App. 3d 498
Taught Continuing Education courses in "Civil Procedure," to Paralegals at California State University, Los Angeles; has spoken at various Bar Association seminars; presided over mock trials for various Bar Association and served as moderator for CEB programs on "Trial Techniques."
